Questions about exports
What counts as one export?
Subscription exports are included without using credits. For one-off exports, one credit covers one successfully rendered MP4 with your chosen settings and format. Making a different version or format uses another credit. Downloading that same completed file again while it is available costs nothing. A failed or cancelled render returns the credit for another export.
Are there any export limits?
All plans use the same shared rendering queue: one queued or rendering job per account and up to 12 export requests per hour. Subscribers do not spend credits on included exports. Rendering time depends on the length, resolution and effects; queue progress appears in Studio. Completed files remain available for two hours, so download and keep your videos.
How do payment and access work?
Choose a plan and review the total before paying. Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Studio needs a modern browser and an internet connection; try it free on your device before buying.
Can I cancel or change my mind?
Cancel subscription renewal at any time from My billing. Your paid access lasts until its stated end date. For a first subscription purchase or any one-off credit purchase, request a full refund within 14 days, even if you have used it. We do not ask you to waive that protection for immediate access. What happens to my work when a subscription ends?
Your saved work remains available under the normal free-account storage limits. You can keep using videos you already exported under the content licence, and use any unused export credits for new videos. Cancelling renewal does not delete your loops.
