Using Studio

GTLoops lets you create, perform, save and export visual loops. Keep your account credentials private and provide a working email address for account recovery. Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attack the service, bypass access controls or overload shared rendering resources.

Keep your own copies of important loops and videos. Browser-only saves depend on your device storage. Account Bin is recoverable until you delete an item permanently. Export files are temporary and should be downloaded promptly.

Flashing imagery

Full-intensity visuals can contain rapid flashing and strong light/dark changes that may trigger seizures. Reduced motion is not a guarantee of safety. Choose the viewing mode before playing, obtain agreement from the people watching and assess the actual output and display before using it at an event or publishing it. Stop playback immediately if someone feels unwell.

GTLoops does not certify a visual, export or performance as seizure-safe or as passing a flash-threshold standard.

Your work and permissions

You retain your rights in the words and media you supply. You give GTLoops permission to store, process and render that material as needed to provide the features you request. Make sure you have the necessary rights to uploaded content and any music you combine with a video.

The content licence explains how included visuals and exported videos may be used. The GTLoops name and logo remain our branding; using Studio does not give permission to imply our endorsement.

Choose how you export

Creating and performing in Studio is free; a free account includes account saves within its storage limits. MP4 exports are included with a subscription or available through one-off credits. Prices are in GBP: £4.99 each month, £39.99 each year, or £1.49 for one successful MP4 export. These are the total amounts charged by GTLoops, with no delivery fees.

A subscription includes exports across every collection, visual style and available format while it is active, without using credits. A one-off credit pays for one successful render in one chosen format; a new version or format uses another credit. Unused credits do not expire. Failed or cancelled renders return the credit for another export. Downloading the same available completed file again does not use another credit.

All paid options use a shared queue, with one queued or rendering job per account and up to 12 export requests per hour. Rendering time depends on length, resolution and effects. Completed downloads remain available for two hours. Paid access does not include permanent video hosting.

Payment, delivery and renewal

Log in, select a plan, review its details and accept these terms before paying. You can correct your selection before paying. The payment form shows the available payment methods and the final charge. A contract is formed when payment is confirmed and your purchase is accepted; access then starts immediately as you request at checkout. No payment is authorised simply by creating an account. Purchase confirmation is provided in a form you can keep. The contract language is English.

Monthly subscriptions renew at £4.99 each month and annual subscriptions at £39.99 each year until cancelled. The minimum paid period is the month or year selected, subject to your cancellation rights. Cancel renewal at any time through My billing before the next renewal date; access continues until the paid period ends. A one-off purchase never renews. A failed payment may suspend paid access until resolved; free-account features remain available.

We will give reasonable advance notice of a change to a subscription price and an opportunity to cancel before it applies. We will not change the price of a period already paid for. There are no physical goods or shipping charges. MP4 exports are silent H.264 video; Studio needs an internet connection and a modern browser. Try the free Studio on your device before buying. You supply any music or playback equipment.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your first subscription purchase or any one-off credit purchase within 14 days after the day you buy for a full refund, even if you requested immediate access or used the service. You do not need a reason, and we do not ask you to waive this protection. Our refund and cancellation policy explains how to make a request, the refund timing and an optional cancellation form.

Your statutory consumer rights remain, including remedies where services or digital content are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these terms removes those rights. Cancelling renewal after the initial cancellation period normally stops future billing rather than refunding the period already paid for. Contact support about a mistaken charge or a service problem.

Availability and changes

Browser performance depends on your device and the visual settings. Rendering jobs share server capacity, so queue and rate limits apply; these are shown when relevant. We may update or maintain the service and act against misuse. Where practical, we will explain significant restrictions and provide a way to contact us.

We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing here excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Applicable consumer protections continue to apply.

Contact and concerns

If something goes wrong, contact support with your account email and a description of the problem. We will acknowledge your request and try to resolve it directly. Privacy and data requests are explained in our privacy notice. These terms do not restrict any mandatory protections or courts available to consumers where they live.
